Parking Attendant
The Valet Service Attendant (Hotel Location) parks guest vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
The Valet Service/Stacker Attendant parks guest vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
The Self-Park Lot Attendant/Cashier is responsible for managing the self-park lot and cashier station, greeting guests, issuing tickets, collecting payments, and directing guests to the appropriate parking spot.
Key Controller
The Key Controller is responsible for managing guests’ keys, by keeping the keys organized and maintaining an efficient process for key retrieval. In addition, the Key Controller conducts audits to ensure keys and vehicles are kept in their correct locations.
Greeter
The Greeter is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival in a polite and courteous manner as well as offering assistance with guests’ questions.
Cashier
The Valet Cashier acts as a valet receptionist, responsible for managing the valet cashier station, greeting guests, and collecting payments.
Supervisor
The Supervisor supports the Assistant Manager in the day-to-day duties and responsibilities required to efficiently and professionally direct and oversee the parking operation and personnel on a shift-by-shift basis. In addition, they are responsible for assisting with training of personnel and employee relations, as well as enforcing all guidelines set forth in the APS Team Member Handbook.
Manager
The Site Manager (“SM”) is responsible for the performance of the location(s) they manage, while overseeing Assistant Managers, Supervisors and line level team members. The SM sets the tone for the team in line with Company culture, delegates and executes key training, enforces all Company policies and procedures, including all safety protocols. The SM also reviews financial reports, schedules and location related paperwork. They are to enforce all guidelines set by the APS Handbook.
The Assistant Manager supports the Site Manager in the day-to-day duties and responsibilities required to efficiently and professionally operate the parking location(s). In addition, they are responsible for team member training and relations as well as enforcing all guidelines set forth in the APS Team Member Handbook.
